VIBRATION MONITORING FOR BEARING AND ENGINES DMM-4000/TGV FMC-4000/TGV

The DMM-4000/TGV is a Modbus and mA transmitter for preventive supervision by PC for vibration and temperature in bearings and heavy machinery. The measured values and generated alarms are sending to a central supervision PC. The DMM-4000/TGV transmitter compares the vibration measured with references taken from the same machine in normal conditions, generating alarms of warning or shutdown based on criteria of limits or increases of the vibration and the temperature measurings. • For monitoring of machinery, bearings, etc. • Measuring and monitoring Speed of Vibration and Temp.  • Generates two level alarms following three safety criteria • Advance warning and total stop alarms by Modbus communication • Acceleration probe with built-in Pt100 sensor  • 5 G models (option 15 G) up to 2.5 KHz and 0-60 ºC. • 4-20 mA of Vibration and Temperature outputs • IP-65 protection ABS enclosure • Power Supply 85… 265 Vac/dc (others in option) • Communication RS-485 Modbus as standard • Includes supervision software Proasis DCS-Win • Radio-Transmitter version RDT-4000/TGV • Ethernet and WiFi versions EDT-..WDT-4000/TGV

The FMC-4000/TGV is a controller for preventive supervision on field of process for vibration and temperature in bearings and heavy machinery.
