SILOS MONITORING SYSTEM

It is a system for the monitoring and control of silos of organic materials (grains, cereals, organic carbon, etc.) avoiding the putrefaction of the product due to germ action. A special algorithm controls the tendency of temperature in 6 points of the silo, and depending on the outside temperature, gives alarm and output signals to make the appropriate correction actions. The system composes several types of structure following the type and amount of silos, from an independent system without PC, to a system of 255 silos or measured silos integrating the occupied volume, content, historical about transfers, etc. All this information is managed from a field PC and transmitted to the corporative network by means of ETHERNET connection.
